Dr. Erin English, member and clerk for the Bonsall Unfied School District's Board of Trustees, received the "First Time Board Member of the Year" award from the San Diego County School Boards Association and Region 18 Association of California School Administrators (ACSA) at the Honoring Our Own gala, held in March.  During the ceremony, Dr. English was lauded for being "a great advocate for students, ensuring that their accomplishments are brought to board meetings to remind us all of the reason we are there."
