1. Visit the Aeries Parent Portal website at bit.ly/aeriesportal
a. If you have not yet signed up for an Aeries Parent Portal account, please check the email address that the school has on file for you. You should have received a message regarding the Aeries Parent Portal on Monday, April 16, 2018.
b. If you already have an Aeries Parent Portal account, please sign in with your existing account.
*Having trouble signing into the Aeries parent portal? Use the “Forgot Password” button for existing accounts or contact the Attendance Clerk at your school’s main office.
2. Complete the Parent Data Confirmation process online
a. Method 1: Click on the banner at the top of the Parent Portal website that reads “You have not yet completed the Student Data Confirmation Process. Click Here to confirm the information about your student”
b. Method 2: Select the “Student Info” tab at the top of the screen and select “Data Confirmation” from the drop-down list
c. Please update any information regarding your contact information, emergency contacts, medical history, and annual permissions.
d. Please print out the Final Data Confirmation
3. Bring in Proof of Residency and other necessary documentation to your school’s main office Please bring in the following documentation to your school office by May 15, 2018:
