RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENT

COMMERCIAL/INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT (CID)

Developer Fee Commercial Rate
Fees are collected Monday - Friday between the hours of 8 am and 3:30 pm, except holidays, at the District Office (Room 4) of the Bonsall Unified School District located at 31505 Old River Road, Bonsall, California.  No appointment is necessary, however, it is recommended to call ahead to verify information.
 
Payee must bring the original copy of the Agency Clearance Form issued by the Department of Planning & Land Use of San Diego County.  This form will be signed off at the time of payment of fees.
 
Payment to be made payable to Bonsall Unified School District, in the form of a CASHIERS CHECK ONLY.  Fees may also be paid by credit card if under $1,000.00.  A $5.00 credit card convenience fee will be assessed.  Personal or business checks are not accepted under any circumstances.
